Ready to make the most of your sourdough discard? Join this hands-on workshop where we’ll explore creative and delicious ways to use sourdough discard, from tortillas to tasty treats!
In this interactive class, you’ll:
*Mix up a fresh batch of sourdough cookies using your own discard or my sourdough discard. You will go home with cookies ready to either cook or let rest to cook later.
*Sample at least two of my favorite back to school style discard-based baked snacks.
*Get answers to all your sourdough discard questions.
We’ll also cover:
*The differences between active starter and discard.
*Pros and cons of discard recipes and tips for maximizing their *health benefits.
Perfect for sourdough enthusiasts eager to put discard to good use!
Workshop cost: $50 covers the workshop, ingredients to make cookies during the workshop, all my favorite discard recipes and a $5 credit towards the drink of your choice.
Please bring: A bowl and spoon to mix up your tortilla dough in, a rolling pin for rolling out your tortillas and apron if you would like to wear one.
